In 2009 Thunder Hill Speedway will be updating our MX track and have 3 Pit bike classes! We will have 8 Championship points races for the pit bike classes. A point champion will be crowned in each class. The champion will receive a Thunder Hill Speedway Points Champion jacket and trophy! These races will be incorporated into our Saturday Night kart racing program. We will also be including the Pit bikes as part of our 17th Annual WI Dirt Track State Championship races! Come race under the lights in front of hundreds of people and get the recognition you deserve!

2009 PIT BIKE RULES

For 2009 Thunder Hill Speedway will have 3 classes of pit bikes! They are as follows:

10" Semi-pro Pit Bike Class:

RULES

Honda Z/XR/CRF 50, Yamaha TT-R 50 or Similar Pit Bikes

4 stroke engines only

10" rear wheel only

"50" style small chassis

Maximum of 125cc

SAFETY- Helmets, goggles, long pants, long sleeves, gloves, protective shoes

AGE- 12-up

No Nitrous Oxide

10" Pro Pit Bike Class:

Same rules as Semi-pro except, Maximum of 160cc in Pro Class

12" Pit Bike Class:

12" rear wheel only

KLX 110 style chassis

horizontal 4-stroke engines only

SAFETY- Helmets, goggles, long pants, long sleeves, gloves, protective shoes

AGE- 12-up

No Nitrous Oxide
